Lata Mangeshkar and Mohd. Rafi in English film ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND. (Did You Know Facts of Hindi Cinema by Bobby Sing)
30 Oct, 2017 | Did You Know!

Friends into watching experimental films made in the west might already be knowing about the presence of three Hindi film songs in the backdrop of one of the key sequences of English film ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND (2004) - that happens to be an unusual Science fiction/romantic drama directed by Michel Gondry.

Interestingly the three songs have been used in a particular sequence and they are:

“Tere Sang Pyaar Main Nahin Torhna" (from NAGIN sung by Lata Mangeshkar)

“Mera Mann Tera Pyaasa" (from GAMBLER sung by Mohd. Rafi) and

“Wada Na Torh, Wada Na Torh" (from DIL TUJHKO DIYA sung by Lata Mangeshakar again)

However what remains unexplored in most of the mentions and write-ups on the net is the relationship between these three Hindi film songs and the actual theme of the English film as explained in the detailed article by Bobby Sing available at the following link @UCNews app/portal.

So in case you were not aware of these rare inclusions in the English film or would love to know more details on the same, then do read the detailed article at :
